Massage Therapists

Our Registered Massage Therapists are graduates of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Everest College and Humber College with intensive training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, remedial exercise, orthopedic assessment, soft tissue therapy and hydrotherapy.  

We have over 20 years combined experience treating all types of muscle dysfunctions, headache, whiplash injuries, low back pain and degenerative disc disease, nerve compression syndromes, tendinitis, repetitive strain injuries, arthritis and scoliosis.  

By combining our knowledge and treatment skills with intuitive sensitivity, we bring a direct approach and a philosophy of empowering our clients in their healing process.  




ASHER MAHMOOD, Clinical Director, RMT

Asher has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 15 years. He graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with board certification in 1999. He became Clinical Director of Prime Health Massage Therapy & Chiropractic Clinic Inc. ( Healing Hands) in 2003. Asher uses a variety of treatment styles and interventions in his practice, including: deep tissue massage, friction techniques for scar tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, joint play, relaxation massage, fascial release, and headache management. When he’s not at Prime Health Massage Clinic , Asher is usually cooking, watching basketball, or spending time with his family.




Born and raised in Cancun, Mexico, Dirce graduated from Everest College in 2011. While in school, she was an active volunteer for a variety of marathons, including Relay for Life, the Terry Fox Run, and Variety Village. Dirce has a lot of experience in pregnancy massage, sports massage and deep tissue treatments, with focus on treating headaches/migraine headaches, plantar fasciitis, sciatic pain and more. She uses a variety of techniques in her practice, including Shiatsu. In her free time, she enjoys bike-riding, running, reading, and spending time with her family.  



Amanda Chu

Amanda Chu, RMT

Amanda is a graduate from Humber College Massage Therapy Program and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is skilled in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports injuries and overall muscular tension. She is currently studying cupping technique to incorporate into her treatments. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys playing soccer and spending time with friends and family.


Chiropractor & Acupuncture Provider

DR. LISA CAPUTO, DC, B.Sc (Hons.) 


Dr. Lisa Caputo is a registered chiropractor with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. She is also a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture provider with the Acupuncture Council of Ontario, and instructor of pathophysiology at Seneca College. Dr. Caputo holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in Human Biology. In addition to acupuncture, she is also certified in the Graston technique. She treats patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly, for a variety of conditions including motor vehicle accidents, athletic injuries, headaches, chronic pain, and maintenance care. Though she is focused on multidisciplinary care, Dr. Caputo holds a special interest in pregnancy, pediatric care, and fertility. She is also an active volunteer for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. In her free time, Dr. Caputo enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and of course, good food.
